Two technicians may include working on PCs, networks, and servers. Projects outside of contracted maintenance hours will be
detailed and agreed upon through a “Statement of Work”. Contract the number of hours per month your business needs and be
assured a BVTC technician will be on-site to take care of your IT needs.

Tier 1 Technical Services
Includes, but is not limited to, equipment repair/maintenance performed at BVTC or remotely
via the Bomgar application, VPN, or other remote access method. Services performed by Tier
One technicians may include PC Repair and network troubleshooting.
Tier 3 Technical Services
Includes, but is not limited to, advanced solutions management and engineering of your
businesses network. Projects performed by a Tier Three technician will be detailed and agreed
upon through a “Statement of Work”.
All service time is billed in 15 minute increments, with a half-hour minimum charge
