FALL 2017
Joy Ruud Named RTC Exceptional Employee
Joy Ruud, Purchasing Agent Coordinator, is the recipient of the
RTC
Exceptional Employee Award
for the second quarter of 2017.
Joy started working at RTC in February 2010 as a Purchas-
ing Agent. She became a Purchasing Agent Lead in November
2013 and a Purchasing Agent Coordinator in June 2015. Her
duties include purchasing and receiving inventory, coordinating
incoming and outgoing shipments, setting technicians up with
materials for jobs, and much more.
RTC’s Chief Operations Officer Brooks Goodall says, “Joy is
motivated to take the lead on large, overwhelming projects and
see them through. She demonstrates a positive attitude, is a
strong team leader, and is always willing to help others.”
Joy grew up in Parshall. She attended Minot State University
and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Joy
likes to travel, spend time with her family, and work on many
different crafts. If it’s on Pinterest, she attempts it! Her fur
baby, Hank, occupies most of her time. Notes Joy, “Hank is
a smart and handsome little man, who has a big personality.
#BestDogEver!”
The
Exceptional Employee Award
was developed to recognize
deserving RTC employees who go above and beyond the call of
duty. Nominations are made by fellow employees.
