Step1: Signup to receive your Alliance Communications bill online.
• Visit and register or sign in.
• Click on Manage Account.
• Click on Invoice Preference.
• Select Web Bill Only.
On or before the first of the month, you’ll receive an email telling you when your
statement is ready to view online.
Step 2: Sign up for Automatic Bank Payment.
• Fill out the Automatic Bank Payment authorization form included on the back of
your bill.
• Return the form to Alliance Communications. If we receive your formbefore the 20th,
your automatic bank withdrawal will be activated in time for the upcoming billing.
• Your payment will be withdrawn from your account on the date you choose on your
Automatic Bank Payment form.
Sign up for eStatement and Automatic Bank Payment by the 20th and the $15
credit will appear on your next bill. If you have questions or need help, dial 611 from
any phone with Alliance service or call (605) 582-6311 from your cell phone.
