4 SPRING 2019 BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT Jared Higgins and Van Kelly started what is now Landmarks West in 2015. Both left executive positions with successful companies to pursue their dream of owning and operating a construction company that builds high-end custom homes with honesty and quality.
