DUPAY NAMED RTC
EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE
Jason Dupay is the recipient of the
Reservation Telephone Cooperative (RTC)
Exceptional Employee Award
for the first
quarter of 2016.
RTC Outside Plant Manager Chad Betz says,
“Jason Dupay is one of the reasons why RTC
has been so successful. He cares about the
service we provide to our customers. He’s
always willing to help a co-worker. When
Jason encounters a customer or co-worker
who is not having a great day, his disposi-
tion will lift their spirits. I’ve had customers
call and ask, “Can you send Jason out to fix
this? He does a great job.”
Jason was hired in June 2008 as a Utility
Tech. In September 2008, he became a
Combination Tech and was promoted in
March 2012 to Combination Tech Lead.
Jason started his present position as Combi-
nation Tech Coordinator for the Kenmare and
Ross area in April 2013. He organizes Kenmare
and Ross area technicians and contractors,
installs and provisions services for customers,
tends to cable cuts as needed, travels around
RTC’s service area to help with other large
projects, and does whatever else is needed.
Jason resides in Stanley with his wife
Danielle, daughter Cassidy, and son Cooper.
The
Exceptional Employee Award
was
developed to recognize RTC employees
who go above and beyond the call of duty.
Nominations are made by fellow employees,
and the award is given quarterly to a deserv-
ing RTC employee.
