Our front desk employees, technicians, and optometrists all work together to focus on one patient at a time and keep the process moving. For example, if a patient brings a book with them to an appointment at SPECS, they won’t have time to even open it since they won’t be waiting around. We accomplish this by scheduling fewer patients per hour and having a very knowledgeable staff. While SPECS may not be the cheapest eye care provider around, I believe we deliver the best customer service. We want to make sure our patients leave happy and come back. That’s the main thing,” says Hayden. He adds, “Before I started SPECS, I worked for 10 years at another optical practice which had sales quotas for employees. We don’t do that at SPECS.
