JUNE 2023 What do you enjoy most about working for Range? Bryan: I enjoy the people. They make it effortless to come to work every day with a smile. Kory: Each day is different and brings its own challenges. I also enjoy teaching skills to those who are new to the industry. Jay: We’re always working in different exchanges. You’re never in one spot long enough to get bored. Jeff: It’s the camaraderie of a crew setting. Kevin: Best part of the job for me is the wide variety of projects. How do you help make Range customers’ lives better? Bryan: By completing the tasks to the best of my ability and making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Kory: We try our best to work in a timely fashion and give customers faster and better internet. Jay: By deploying the latest technology to improve their phone and internet services. Jeff: We’re installing and splicing fiber, setting new cabinets, and expanding our network to get better service and speeds to our customers. Kevin: Building out the high-speed fiber network to rural areas. Is there anything you’d like to share about your family and/or hobbies? Bryan: I enjoy spending my free time in the mountains — hunting, shed hunting, and hiking. Walker: I like rodeoing with my wife and three daughters and traveling to watch our daughters play sports and dance. Kory: I’ve been married for 29 years, and we have one son. We love camping with our two cats and extended family. We’re both active in the Boy Scouts of America and currently serve on the Montana Council Board. Jay: My wife Kelli and I have been married for 25 years. We have two sons and five grandkids, which keeps us plenty busy with different activities throughout the year! Jeff: I’ve been married to my wife Julie for 20 years. We have four kids and enjoy camping and fishing together. Kevin: I enjoy time in the outdoors, including hunting and hiking. What’s your favorite place to visit in Wyoming or Montana? Bryan: The mountains above Ten Sleep, Wyoming. Kory: I can’t tell you or you’ll find me! It’s a place with no cell service! Jay: My favorite place to visit inWyoming is anywhere outside. Jeff: In the Bighorn Mountains for hunting, fishing, backpacking, or sightseeing. Kevin: Any place outdoors. JAY MOORE Construction Supervisor Jay has been with Range for 22 years — 12 years as a construction tech, followed by five years as a network tech, then back to construction as the Construction Supervisor. Before working at Range, he and his brother were partners in a welding business. KEVIN LESEBURG Outside Construction Supervisor Kevin has worked for Range for 24 years. He was previously employed by TCI in Gillette, Wyoming. WALKER SMALL Construction Technician Walker joined the Range team eight months ago. Prior to that, he worked for various road construction companies, operated equipment, and hauled cattle over the road. BRYAN VIKTORIN Construction Technician Bryan previouslyworked for Range as summer help, and he’s been a full-time employee for just under a year. He attended college at the University of Wyoming.
