RANGE TEAM SPOTLIGHT: CONSTRUCTION TEAM The Range construction team is responsible for the hard work of physically building out our network in Wyoming and Montana. They do all the earth digging, rock moving, and pipe laying so our customers can enjoy highspeed internet even in the most rural areas. If you see them in the field this summer, be sure to give them a wave! FIBER EXPANSION PROJECTS FOR SPRING AND SUMMER Carpenter Our Carpenter FTTP build will reach 169 homes in the Carpenter, Wyoming area. Construction began on March 24 and is now complete. Ucross/Dow Prong Our Ucross/Dow Prong FTTP build will reach 88 homes in the Ucross, Wyoming area. Construction is underway and is scheduled to last through June 30. Down River/Highway 13 Our Down River/Highway 13 FTTP build will reach 19 homes in Baggs, Wyoming along highway 13. Construction will be underway soon and is scheduled to last through mid-June. Custer Highlands Our Custer Highlands FTTP build will reach 186 homes in Newcastle, Wyoming. Construction is underway and is scheduled to last through June 30. Dinwoody East Aerial Our Dinwoody East Aerial FTTP build will reach 22 homes in the Crowheart, Wyoming area. Construction is underway and is scheduled to last through May 31. North Broadus Phase 4 & 5 Our North Broadus Phase 4 & 5 FTTP builds will reach 47 homes in Broadus, Montana. Construction is delayed due to sage grouse restrictions and is scheduled to start on July 10 and last through September 15. Our Network Engineering teams have been hard at work planning and designing our upcoming Fiberto-the-Premise (FTTP) expansion projects. As soon as the snow melts, we’ll build fiber to 531 homes in six communities across our serving area. KORY BORTZ Construction Foreman Kory has worked for Range for almost 23 years and has been in the telecom construction industry for 35 years. He started as a laborer and worked through various positions until being promoted to Construction Foreman. JEFF FOWLER Construction Technician Jeff joined Range 23 years ago. Prior to then, he worked for Pinnacle Bank in Cody.
