ACCOUNT MANAGER SPOTLIGHT: LUDELL HEATON

Nemont would like to remind businesses in South Central Montana that we have a hidden

gem in Worden named Ludell Heaton. She has been with Nemont for almost five years and

serves as an Account Manager.

In this role, Ludell specializes in helping businesses find

solutions. For example, if you want to understand that

pesky phone bill better, Ludell can explain each line

item and help you find out if you’re getting the best

deal. She is currently taking appointments for onsite

surveys to provide a phone system or wiring quote.

As an Account Manager, Ludell communicates with

her customers about which services will best meet

their business needs — from Standard Landline service

to ISDN PRI (enhanced T1) services with DID (Direct

Inward Dial) numbers for all employees. Ludell is also

able to assist business customers with determining

what Internet speed will be appropriate based on their

Internet usage and pending growth platforms.

Do you have a business challenge that needs a communications solution? Call Ludell

Heaton today at 406-783-2375 or email her at
