Dear Customer,
On behalf of DRN, I would like to welcome you to our family of
telecommunications companies. DRN is comprised of Dickey Rural
Telephone Cooperative and its subsidiary, Dickey Rural Services, Inc.
Dickey Rural Telephone Cooperative (DRTC) has been serving its
members since 1950. It serves 32 exchanges in eight North Dakota
counties and two South Dakota counties. Its Board of Directors
governs DRTC. The Directors are elected to serve a three-year term
and represent the different exchanges.
DRN’s Board of Directors, Management and Staff feel it is very im-
portant to provide you with a great customer service experience.
Part of this involves helping you better understand your new tele-
communications company and its offerings, and this brochure is
designed to do just that. In addition, you have several other resources
available to help answer any questions you might have.
