Simon Sinek – “How great leaders inspire action” Simon Sinek started out in advertising, but has since written several best-selling books on leadership. He demonstrates through power- ful examples how successful leaders inspire their employees to work purposefully: “If you hire people just because they can do a job, they’ll work for your money. But if you hire people who believe what you believe, they’ll work for you with blood and sweat and tears,” says Sinek. Roselinde Torres – “What it takes to be a great leader” A senior partner and managing director at the Boston Consulting Group, Roselinde Torres spent 25 years observing what makes great leaders and cultivating leadership pipelines.
