IT Technician David Garland described the network project this way: “We visited with Schreiber Family Chiropractic and Massage to discuss connectivity issues they were having between their treatment room PCs and their main server. We evaluated the situation and prioritized network changes that should be made. Previously the treatment rooms were connected via Wi-Fi. Given the importance of their connectivity to the main server, we installed Ethernet cabling in the treatment rooms and added more Ethernet cabling to move their router from the front desk to a more central location. This improved Wi-Fi coverage for other devices.” How would Dr. Brandon Schreiber describe the customer service and support Panora Telco delivers? He replied, “We always get quick response times from the technicians at Panora Telco when a problem arises, which reduces our stress. They’re very knowledgeable in their trade and have always been able to get things back up and running for us so we can keep working. For example, several years ago lightning struck our office building on a Friday, taking out our server and ruining one of our computers. Panora Telco partnered with our chiropractic software provider, Chirotouch, and got us going again by Monday afternoon.” Cherished Connections in the Community He adds, “Bailey and I want to thank the community for supporting us. Schreiber Family Chiropractic and Massage will celebrate its 5th anniversary in March, and we’re a lot farther ahead than we thought we’d be at this point. Since we believe in giving back, we’re both active in the Panora community. I was President of the Panora Chamber of Commerce and currently work with the Guthrie Center Fire Department. Bailey has done some volunteer coaching. Plus, our practice sponsors community events such as Guthrie’s River Ruckus and various Guthrie Center Fire Department fundraisers.” Drs. Irlmeier completed her certification for massage therapy at The Salon Professional Academy in Ames and has worked as a licensed massage therapist in Iowa since 2011. She has experience with a range of clients from mothers, athletes, and young adults to anyone who is experiencing a discomfort or has a need for relaxation.
