DECEMBER 2023 5 Is there anything you’d like to share about your family and/or hobbies? Erin: I love being on the mountain shed hunting and fly fishing with my husband and 4-year-old twin boys. Janelle: My family and I moved from Hawaii to Montana in 2022—a huge change to say the least. I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, hiking, looking for agates, and playing with my fur babies. McCamey: I live in Rosebud with my husband, daughter, and our furry creatures. Our family will be growing in February as we welcome our baby boy. I love spending time with my family, reading lots of books, and taking care of my chickens. Traci: I love photography, and I enjoy making photos into something unique and magical. Nicole: My husband and I are busy raising two young daughters, working full time, and building a house ourselves. In our leisure hours, we enjoy exploring the outdoors. Alyssa: I spend most of my time chasing my two young boys around, since they participate in Warrior athletics and recreational sports as well as academic events. What aspect of customer care do you find most rewarding? Erin: Knowing our customers are happy and appreciative is the best part. Janelle: The most rewarding aspect for me is a sense of satisfaction from resolving a complex issue for a customer. McCamey: It’s rewarding when you begin a call with an upset customer and end the call with a happy one. Traci: I love the chance to make a customer’s day better by being the 10-20 minutes of kindness they may need. I try to give the quality of service I would want to experience as a customer. Nicole: What I find most rewarding is connecting with customers. When I get one of those calls where we build a fast rapport, it can make my whole day or even my whole week. Alyssa: The gratitude we receive from our customers is the most rewarding part. Customer service can be challenging, so knowing customers are appreciative of what we do means a lot.
