2 RANGE TEAM SPOTLIGHT: CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE TEAM What do you enjoy most about working for Range? Erin: Range takes care of their employees! I also enjoy the family feel around here. Even with fellow employees in different locations, no one ever feels like a stranger. Janelle: The best part of my job is the opportunity to learn and grow. I’m exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. McCamey: I enjoyworking alongside a great group of women. I haven't been here long, and they've all been so encouraging! Traci: Taking care of our older customers is my favorite part. Nicole: I like representing such a wonderful company. We’ve become a close-knit family in Dubois, and now that Range has merged all the areas, that family has grown larger. Alyssa: What I enjoy most about Range are the people I work with and our local customers. ERIN DONNELL Customer Relations Representative Erin has been with Range for nine years. JANELLE SANTOS Lead Customer Relations Representative Before joining Range 1½ years ago, Janelle was a loan officer in Hawaii for nine years. McCAMEY HAHNE Customer Relations Representive McCamey began working at Range in early 2023. She was previously employed by the Rosebud County Library. TRACI HARRAH Customer Relations Representative In August 2023, Traci celebrated her 16th year with Range. NICOLE POLMANTEER Customer Relations Representative / IT Technician Nicole started working for Range in 2019 after taking a few years off to raise her two daughters. Prior to then, she ran a small bookkeeping business. ALYSSA McDONALD Customer Relations Representative / Accounts Receivable Alyssa has worked for Range for 1½ years in Customer Relations, and she recently added Accounts Receivable to her title. Her previous work experience included 11 years as a hairstylist and three years as an optician. Our Customer Relations Representative Team provides outstanding customer service to Range’s new and current customers. They answer questions, sign customers up for new service, troubleshoot problems, and support customers in other ways.
